The people are friendly here the real nice to you they keep their hotel clean to help you out when you need it it's the best place to anybody can come and be they help you out a lot of things and they're always polite around people they understand you if you need anything it will get it for you if they have it your patient and honest with you

Very clean

We were greeted by Livia and Terry, at the front desk, when we checked in on Sunday afternoon. They were so accommodating and helpful! Their positive personalities were appreciated by two weary senior travelers. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. Oneonta Holiday Inn Express is fortunate to have such kind and professional employees!

My family very much enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and it was easy to get to. The proximity to Cooperstown worked very well for us, as did the ability to fish right across the street from the property - my son and I spent a good deal of time casting from the docks. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Easier access near highway

No signs as to where to check in, the hallways smelled like weed and the rooms smelled musty, but otherwise it was nice.
