My experience in my room was great. It was mostly quiet, and things seemed to be clean. However, as I ordered my drink at the bar, I happened to be next to another African American woman, and the bartender kept mistaking the other woman for me. It was done twice. It could be that he was a bit distracted but it left both myself and the other woman uncomfortable. That aside, it was a typical hotel experience. Very walkable and close to everything downtown.

The staff are amazing. Friendly and helpful. It’s convenient to campus but a little off the path, which has pros and cons. In the center of downtown, which is great. It was just ridiculously expensive (I know it’s a football weekend, what do I expect) but still, the prices that all of the downtown hotels charge on these weekends is absurd.

Good elevators and workout space. Breakfast buffet was very good each morning. Some construction around the property but once the work arounds were known it was good.
