Good elevators and workout space. Breakfast buffet was very good each morning. Some construction around the property but once the work arounds were known it was good.

The location is key. Easy walking distance to easily 10 amazing restaurants and even more good restaurants, coffee shops and more. Staff was amazing. Special shout out to Robert who was great to help us rearrange our trip due to the recent hurricane. Room was clean and comfortable for the price point.

Ok hotel in heart of Knoxville
This hotel is just ok. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything in other rooms and the hallway. Beds- hard. It’s in a nice area though.

Beautiful property. Great rooms. Good breakfast in the dining room ($) Hallways could be cleaner. There was a pizza box outside our elevator for 2 days. Housekeeping never touched it.
