Located smack bang in Old Lonsdale, it’s a hop, skip, and a jump to the front beach, shops, cafes. We’re sure you’ll book your next stay before you even leave! It’s stylishly designed yet cozy enough for families or small groups of friends to make new memories.The rooftop balcony offers awe-inspiring views of the ocean and Mornington Peninsula National Park.

The kid’s park, bowls club, and surf riders club are all nearby, and the golf club isn’t too far either!

The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for entertaining. Whip up a feast in the sophisticated kitchen, featuring marble benchtops and top-of-the-line appliances. The family room is perfect for some downtime, and both living areas lead to a sun-drenched deck and backyard. Watch the kids play while soaking up some rays!

The garden is like something out of a fairy tale and there is plenty of room out back for BBQs and entertaining. The property is secure for your little ones and furry friends and you can comfortably fit the whole gang.

The main bedroom is upstairs and like your own private paradise, complete with a king-sized bed, aircon, and a lounge area and an ensuite. With 2 bedrooms and a fabulous bathroom downstairs, plus a rumpus room with a massive lounge for extra snoozing (this can be used as a 4th bedroom).

Ducted heating and a fireplace (bring your own wood), two split-system air conditioners, ceiling fans, and marble benchtops in the kitchen, laundry, and ensuite are just some of the features of this incredible property.
