This home offers everything you could imagine and more. With no expense spared Fielding's Lair provides the ultimate family fun holiday with its many living areas, a secure back yard and large wrap around timber deck with room for everyone to relax.

Park multiple cars on the driveway and head inside. The first 2 bedrooms are at the front of the house; a king bed with TV and on the opposite side you will the room with 2 sets of bunks and TV. These are serviced by a bathroom with toilet, vanity and shower/bath combo.

The main living with split system provides a relaxing space after a busy day at the beach and is open plan into the kitchen with gas log fire keeping you toasty in winter. The kitchen has everything you could need for your time away. There is also a filtered rain water tap in the kitchen for anyone not enjoying the unique Port Fairy water taste.

From the kitchen the house leads into the second living space, with armchairs and a TV. Ideal for popping the kids to decompress after a busy day. The second bathroom with walk in shower and toilet can be found here with the laundry that has both washer and dryer.

Bedroom 3 has a king bed, TV and access to the back deck and Bedroom 4 comes with Tribunk and TV, as well as access to the back deck.

The enclosed back deck has a large L shaped sofa with picnic table for outside dining. This leads out onto the grassy back garden, separate bungalow and games room in the garage.

The separate bungalow offers the perfect little retreat for those who need a little quiet time during the family holiday. It comes with queen bed, TV, ensuite - with shower and toilet - and kitchenette.

The game room in the garage has something for everyone! Challenge you friends and family to a game of table tennis, pool, art hocket or darts - Winner picks the takeaway destination!

There is no need for a car as it is located only minutes from the beach and vibrancy of the restaurants and boutiques around Sackville Street. Fielding's Lair will no doubt become a firm favourite for your Port Fairy holidays.
