The lady in the afternoon was rude and made things a bad experience. The. The room was a non smoke but smelled so bad like cigarettes. The bathroom was awful just a bad bad experience and not good place to be very dirty

I booked the room early in the morning for the same day with check in starting at 4 pm and I made a “nonrefundable” payment via expedia. I went to check in at 8 pm and the reservation had been canceled because the property said I had not paid yet and I had not checked in by 6 pm. I was given zero notice of this. Expedia eventually refunded me and I made a new reservation but it was a big hassle and very poor customer experience.

The property is under renovation. Our room 306 need a few fixes. The bathroon needs more hooks for towels, robes etc. The electrical outlets would not hold the plugs. They just fall out.
