We would like to thank the manager We originally were given keys to a upstairs unit but on request he up graded us to a family room down stairs. We are in our mid seventies.

There were people yelling and arguing half the night. Kids screaming and doors opening and slamming. The website photos did not represent the condition of the room at all. The linen was clean but the room overall was surface clean but really old, dated and pretty gross. I wouldn’t recommend this place, or would expect a lot cheaper for the service provided.

Extremely dirty, unkept, had the call the police for another resident being disruptive. Had hayfever from the dust. When managment was asked for a pass to the gym next door that they had an agreement with to have some sort of nice time at the apartments was denied. Will never stay again.

The only good thing about the property was the location to the venue we were attending. The hotel rooms are old and smell of mildew, there were sections of the skirting which were water damaged and moldy. Would not recommend.

I went to the room and I was devastated, room had a old smell , cobwebs and windows definitely not clean and hair in bathroom Bed was extremely uncomfortable and old Tv was old all definitely needs a update I asked Reception if I could get a refund and due to me had sat in bed he said no but he also laughed at my concerns like they were nothing I will never return and never recommend
