Location was great - views of the harbour - very close to cbd. Tariff was good and very good value. My restaurant meal - seafood risotto was exceptional. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location, walkable to cafes, shopping etc. We found the reception staff, restaurant staff and cleaning staff friendly and helpful. The harbour view room was spacious and had nice views.

We went to check in but there was no staff, we had to walk into the cafe and ask. We were told only 1 staff member onboard so we have to wait. No microwave in the room. Cleaner seen us at 5am and asked what time are we checking out which made us feel unwelcome and she was too busy for us. Which was stupid because we were about their only customers that stayed there, now i see why noone stays there. Poor value for money.
