First day house keeping was missed completely. The pool was not monitored, The phone was disconnected, a safety issue. The pool is unsupervised and rules not reinforced with irresponsible guests makes for unpleasant experience in public spaces Parking fees were not noted in reservations or at check in and nightly parking fees were charged at checkout, disappointing.

Pleasant and peaceful stay
Staff were kind and courteous. We were on the top floor so i think it was a bit more difficult to cool down but stayed a pretty consistent 72 so not awful. One of the door knives was visibly damaged and coming loose from one of the interior doors and there was some evidence of mildew intrusion in the bath tub wall seams but it looked as though they were working too address it with new caulking. Rooms were so much bigger than i could have imagined. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Complimentary snack bar and breakfast were fresh and appetizing; great selection! The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Would gladly stay again

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. We like the extra space having a living area separate from the bedroom. Excellent made to order omelets in the morning make breakfast better than most hotels. Only complaint is that the housekeeping staff did not replenish the coffee and tea each day and we would have to request it from the front desk each evening. We stay at this hotel at least once a year and will continue to stay because of the convenient location to our family.

The AC in the room didn’t work so there for my children and I were overheated being on the 8th floor. I called down to the front desk around 2am requesting a fan. It was so hot in the room the fan didn’t even make a difference. Also, there was dirt and paint chips all around the window and carpet, dust and mold in the ceiling bathroom fan. When I made this complaint to management. They stated that that they would have refunded me my stay, but since I booked through Expedia they wouldn’t be able to refund me. They stated they could only waive parking. As soon as I returned home I contacted Expedia since I was directed to do so for the refund. Expedia reaches out to the property and they went back on their word. Even after the experience in a dirty and over heated room they said only the waived parking was worth my troubles. I will never stay at this property again.
