Our stay was great… EXCEPT the bathroom sink was severely clogged. We informed staff who said they would take care of problem. However, nothing was done. Felt like it must not have been a priority to you.

We didn’t have a vehicle so we walked or took transit all week because it was easily accessible. We felt very safe in and around the hotel. The property was very clean and welcoming. Our room was nicely decorated and very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Loved the coffee/tea station in the lobby. Our only complaint is that housekeeping only came every second day. The first time they took all the dirty towels and emptied the garbage cans but left the beds unmade. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was lovely. The downtown area has a lot of homeless people and as a result the general area has a lot of garbage left behind by the homeless.We felt you had to be aware of your surroundings when walking in the area.
