I had to have maintenance fix the phone . The heating system fan would not turn off so had to be walked through how to do it- not user friendly and the TV had to be restarted on the system end as it wouldn’t load the channels. Also the toilet paper holder fell to ground and the toilet paper was on the floor. I had to find a maid to get a fresh roll. Oh and a lamp would not work. The breakfast was not good. Holiday express is better and the nightly advertised bar and snacks was closed.

Horrible customer service and when you ask for housekeeping they don’t come. The he/him/they with green hair sits around at the front desk plays on their phone and eats ramen and doesn’t provide any service.

My bed was not clean, I found hair in my bed, the bathroom shower also had a bunch of hair in it. I usually have a great time here this time was lacking. Expedia said my room could have a shower or a bath. No bath was available. When I asked for a later checkout the clerk wanted to charge me 20$ more.. kinda crazy.

Property itself was nice and clean. The area seemed nice and had plents of food options nearby. The light rail is literally a block away which is good and bad. Awesome its so close for transportation but then you also hear the train all night and morning while trying to sleep.
