Hotel rooms look much nicer in pictures but common areas are nice. The cleaning team was extremely loud in the hallways and outside our room at 6/7AM. I’ve never heard anything like it.

Mostly what I didn't like were the little things: - There was a light out in our bathroom - The bathroom fixtures were made out of plastic. It felt like our sink faucet could come off at any moment. - Having only one elevator was a bottleneck at times, and made going up and down somewhat difficult.

Wonderful property and great location. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is because our patio was unclean…empty beer cans and coffee cups. Would still stay again if we ever found ourselves in the area.

Convenient lovely hotel in the Old Port
Hotel is very clean, people were kind and friendly. They had tea and coffee, breakfast sweets, and yogurt out as well as water and cookies all day long. I did have an accessible room, which was not needed next time I would ask for a regular room.

A Portland Gem!
We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip and we're so glad we did! Everyone was very kind and accommodating, especially the bar tender who was very knowledgeable and charasmatic. Would recommend!

the bill showed $75 of amenity fees which I did not expect. They removed them after I complained. cc So check your bill carefully. Room needed more light. Mattress needed to be replaced.
