staff was very friendly! but sadly they closed their pool down permanently and that’s the main reason i booked there. the large amount of stairs is also a draw back when you are on any of their floors, yes there is an elevator but it’s noisy and feels unsafe. the room was alright, bad water pressure for the shower.

A nice place to spend a night. Nothing fancy about the place. We had someone trying to enter our unit a few times. I was told that it is the person from above getting the unit incorrect.

This motel has always been basic but over the years it has steadily downhill. This will be my last stay here, as it has fallen into such disrepair that it was not pleasant to stay here. The entire place smelled strongly of mildew, the pool is permanently closed and it is generally very run down. I don’t require much from a motel that I will really only use for sleeping but this place has fallen outside of my modest comfort zone.

The inn was definitely showing its age, but it was extremely clean & comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The waffles were delicious. It was in a convenient location to walk to many different places and right near light rail for more adventures and an easy trip back to the airport.

Fantastic staff, but cleanliness was bad. The building is in need of a deep cleaning and drywall patches and paint. Musty smell very strong.

Pool is "permanently closed"... Thin walls ...you can hear every sound , including people outside. Could not connect to internet. Nobody answered the 6 times I called the office. When I went to office, nobody was there. Bathroom door hits shower curtain rod. Bathtub is very narrow. Vending machine was almost completely empty. Room smelled musty. Every light needed to be turned on manually, except bathroom.

The morning manager was rude about room key not working also ran out of breakfast an hour after opening breakfast. The room smelled moldy and is very outdated. The evening crew was very nice. Will not be staying there again
