Missing some conveniences such as being able to connect to streaming services on the TV. We initially had a reservation for King & pull out couch, the pull out couch was not what we were expecting… it’s a couch with an “ikea” style …no mattress & a wooden bar right down the middle, very deceitful

My family and I went there for a little mini getaway and we knew we would enjoy with the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was phenomenal! However, we had some issues with valet. There was a couple of times we were marked as checked out guests when we did not check out. We also wished that there were microwaves in the room as we had a lot of left overs from eating out at restaurants and would have been nice to have to warm up our food as a snack.

Employees behind the front desk seemed to be put out when asked a question for their help. The only help we received was from the valet. The valet over heard my wife and I being told by the person behind the front desk that they could not help us and that we would have to look up an app on our phone and did it our self. After being told by the Hilton staff that they don’t help and that we would have to look the information up on their app. This information was regarding the Hilton hotel were we staying. at. At that time the valet came over helped us. That young man at the valet was a “10” in our book. The employees behind the desk while checking in and out need to have customers service training.

This Hotel is excellent. Best hotel in Portland we have stayed at. Very clean and beautiful inside. The pool was amazing. Great views from our room. Our only complaints was the barn doors in the bathroom don't shut all the way and no fan. The elevators had issues the weekend of our stay so there was only 2/4 working it happens but it took so long to get up and down the building.

Overnight Staff was extremely rude when checking us in - there was no information provided from her to us in regards to what the charges where or where our room was, not even a point to the elevator. I asked what the $300 was for and then she replied with it being a deposit, I said ok and provided payment, she then hands me my card and room keys and sits back down. Nothing was said - at all. I then proceed to ask where the room was, how do I get to the elevator. The morning staff had better service through your stay.
