It would have been better if someone, even anyone, on the staff spoke even broken English but none would even listen or attempt to understand, finally, on my last day there was a rep at the front reception and check-out, Lucas, that spoke fine English,and it made a huge difference in everything. Hence, if they could increase the number of individuals on staff that spoke even broken English that would be better, but none at all makes it a hard sell for foreigners who do not speak Portuguese.
