A great hotel and certainly value for money. It’s my third time staying there and they are let down by their breakfast and the staff on in a morning. Their afternoon/evening team Are fantastic.

First impressions are a real indicator of your stay. Unfortunately the welcome was lacking and it was a sign of what was to come. The room itself was clean, lovely shower and linen. There were multiple decorative pillows but none for actual sleeping. The breakfast the following morning was a mixture of incompetence and miscommunication. There were constant reorders as the kitchen kept discovering they didn’t have the menu items that were promised. It took one hour for the food to arrive, it was so severely overcooked that it was inedible. Upon communicating our issues with staff we were informed ‘the chef is busy’ but there were literally five people in the restaurant. It was enough to cement my desire to seek other accom next time.

We are really enjoyed our stay at the next hotel super convenient to what we needed it for and I can’t speak highly of the staff from checking all the way through to check out seamless customer service was outstanding.
