In general this hotel was decent. Location was definitely a PRO. The heating and cooling was a bit off. It was hard to find that just right zone. Maybe that was due to the time of year we went (Nov-Dec). We were on higher floor and heard the rooftop music/party from 10pm-1am. After inquiring the hotel said they rent out that area and unfortunately they dont have much control what happens there from that time range. This was unfortunate because we had a young child. So just keep that in mind when booking.

They gave me a room on the main floor. I wasn’t able to have the curtains open since the gym was facing into my room. People were shouting in the lobby past midnight. I tried to call the hotel a couple times before checking in to ask about parking and nobody picked up the phone. I tried to check myself in at the kiosk and after fiddling with it for 5 minutes it referred me to a person. The overhead lighting was weird and let me choose any color of the rainbow except normal white light. Overall nothing was really bad but also it wasn’t really good. City centre was about 15 minute walk or 2 subway stops

I found that the bedroom lighting system is not the greatest and after travelling the last thing we wanted to do was use our phone flashlight to figure out how to use the lights in the room.

Safe quiet big room great amenities. Hotel had a real gym with plenty of equipment which was great. Close to metro stop and link to airport and bus terminal. Really liked this hotel but was frustrated at first figuring out lighting system and a/con with its over developed technology system.

Great hotel, excellent staff.
Amazing hotel overall. Excellent staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast and modern condition of the hotel overall. The only disadvantage was that my window was on the crowded street and it's better to keep it closed to avoid big noise. I'm also not a fan of the way they designed bathroom, I'd prefer classic one.
