Stayed there 2 times in 3 days. Unit 213 not so good, air con couldn't warm the room properly, tv didn't show free to air channels, towels had holes in them. Unit 112 much better, slightly bigger, air con & tv worked, towels thin but no holes, however shower head in both units not great. Location is brilliant and price is good.

Very poor customer service from reception. Condescending and abrupt manner from check in to check out. Definetly would not recommend to any people who ask! How about some training in manners and customer service?!

The room was clean and neat, just a little old and lacking a few things, like a place to hang your bath towel. There was hardly ever anyone at the reception desk, but someone did come when using the bell at the front door upon arrival. Unfortunately, they were not very friendly or welcoming though.

The accomodation is dated and used toiletries were supplied (half shower gel and soap). Unfortunately and sadly the couple next door we screaming all night. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough

~No parking available in empty basement carpark. Dirty white sheer curtains in room. Closed kitchen facilities. Too heavy quilt for hot night with no alternative e.g. a spare blanket in the wardrobe. No toaster in room. Comfy bed. Good TV. Handy to local shops.

Disappointed for a $150 a night motel. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Shower had a water saver head and such a thin stream of water. To exit the car park we had to contact the manager? What happens if we needed to leave at 5am? Just put a switch near the gates please? The TV was beside the bed where the side lamp usually goes so couldn't watch it in bed. had to be in a chair at opposite side. Very disappointing overall.

Accommodation excellent. However, if you need to change or cancel, you have to give 60 days' notice. Seeing I only booked 3 days before, it's impossible to give 60 days' notice of cancellation. I feel that is very poor

Well what can I say!! Terrible accommodation, the website images were NOT what the actual rooms look like. Not clean, carpet heavily stained and thread bare towels and smelly tea towels. Bed was OK and the position was OK. Noise from the street and Pub next door very loud. I booked three nights, however I only stayed one night. Left the accommodation with a refund request that was denied via Wotif customer service. Very concerned about other potential guests looking at the images and they need to be aware that they are not the standard.
