For the most part our stay was really good, with a few issues and quirks. The property is well located and an easy walk to the center of old town or to a subway station. They arranged reliable transfers from the airport and to the train station. The room was spacious and nicely done, although the AC didn’t cool well, it was usually tolerable. The shower is of poor design causing water to get all over the floor that is easily wiped up, and the tub is very high and not for anyone with even slight mobility impairment. Most of the staff was awesome, but we were ignored a couple times and one evening in the restaurant had less than awesome service (a different crew from the other nights where we had excellent service and food!). And the last mention is while there is no smoking in the building, people stand out front so as to force you through the cloud of smoke to go in sometimes. So still an overall 4 out of 5.

Wonderful hotel with an excellent location. Easy walking distance to the old town and the Prague train station. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, but there could have been more variety on a day to day basis. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Couldn't really fault the place but my god it was noisy. Chairs moving around in room around and above is could be heard very clearly. Cleaners didn't really make any effort to keep things down. Holding full blown conversations at 7am outside the room was frustrating. On holiday!!!
