Beautiful hotel in old town
Beautiful hotel in a great location of old town Prague. Old world charm, comfortable bed, cozy linens and beautiful decor. There was a delicious breakfast and lovely cafe for a nice snack or dessert. I would highly recommend this spot to most people, the only challenge I could see is stepping in and out of the tub which was was pretty high, if you have any concern I would call the hotel to see about a more accessible option. Overall this hotel is exceptional!

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were excellent. I had two concerns, check when air conditioning and or heat is on. Pending time of year you go. The tub is very high, some rooms have a walk in shower. If these two items are a concern email the hotel.

All of the staff were amazing! Especially the front desk and breakfast area staff. I loved my room - it was a great size with a sitting area and desk; and, the bathroom was very clean too. The location was perfect as it was close enough to walk everywhere but not in the busiest section of the old town. I will return!!

Deluxe rm was much smaller than anticipated, no usb at bedside, bed comfy, didn’t use spa or any other services.Staff super, breakfast buffet normal but same every day. Location was very good. Our wi-fi kept dropping when trying to cast from our mobile devices to the smart tv. Good place for 1-2 nts. A bit confining for 2 if you’re not out sightseeing all day.without my discount it would have been a big loss, and the transfer to airport or to another hotel is crazy expensive in comparison to what we paid another hotel to drop us off at the Paris. Use Uber. If you know ya like more room - get a bigger room

The hotel is a unique old building which has been thoroughly modernized but retaining it's wonderful character The room was a little small but very comfortable and quiet. Hotel staff friendly and attentive. Excellent buffet breakfast for small charge Very convenient to main square and other sites in the old town

This building is a beautiful example of Art Nouveau Design which transports you to the times of the 1920's, making it a wonderful welcoming to the city of Prague. Although the carpets my need an update, linens and beds were clean and comfortable. Storage was generous and amenities like bathrobes and sleepers were also provided. We had a Standard room on the first floor and did not hear the street noise. Breakfast was a very complete buffet. Overall, I highly recommend staying in this peaceful and beautiful accommodation, especially if it is your first time in Prague.

Gorgeous hotel with art deco design. It has a cool vibe that puts you in the mood. Outstanding staff, particularly housekeeping. Walking distance to old town and to Palladium mall. Breakfast buffet was good, however, the food was the same everyday. If you’re staying nearby, there’s a grocery store located on the last level inside the Palladium mall that has excellent prices for bottled water and snacks.

Even though the hotel was nice but it needs some upgrades. There were only 2 power outlets in the room. One in the bathroom and one in the corner of the room which made it very uncomfortable to use our electric supplies.

It’s very clean, beautiful and elegant. Two layers of windows and doors with a big air gap between significantly reduce noise from the street and hallway, respectively. The air conditioner worked very well. I noticed minor issues with the tub/shower. It is small and the glass door is not big/long enough. ( I am a small person). Water splashes on the floor and makes the floor wet all the time.
