This hotel exceeded our expectations! We were warmly welcomed by the staff. Offered great recommendations for shopping and dining. You can't beat the location. 5 minute walk to the ferry to Frauen and Herren Chiemsee. Loved that they had a huge parking area. Never had to worry about not having parking space. The room was phenomenal. Very modern and clean. Our terrace was wonderful with a lake view. Great sized bathroom. Will definitely return to stay here.

Helpful and friendly staff
We were here during the big snow storm that hit Munich. The hotel was helpful in calling to see if the market was open on the island and giving us suggestions of things to do. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. We had dinner at the steakhouse downstairs and the restaurant near the Schiller Cafe. Both were delicious.

Schlechte Informationen über das gebuchte Zimmer
Gebucht wurde Classic-Doppelzimmer mit Balkon! Das es ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick ist, war nicht vermerkt. Das Zimmer lag direkt über der Ladezone und Küche des Hotels. Sehr früh, sehr laut durch Warenanlieferungen! Teilweise Geruchsbelästigungen durch die darunter liegende Küche!

Gemütliches, gut geführtes und sehr ansprechendes Hotel in Top Lage direkt am Hafen von Prien. Ausreichend Parkplätze zu sehr günstigen Tagespreisen. Zimmer sehr sauber mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Restaurant mit guter Speisenauswahl direkt im Hotel. Exzellentes Frühstücksbuffet.

Bereits bei Ankunft: Toilettensitz völlig lose und Boden im Bad sowie Regale im Kleiderschrank nicht sauber. Duschkabine schließt nicht. Erst nach zweimaliger Reklamation Toilettensitz provisorisch repariert, jedoch bereits täglich erneut lose! Trotz unserer ruhigen und sachlichen Reklamation: wiederholtes auffälliges Lästern des Personals hinter unserem Rücken. Flüssigseife im Bad nicht nachgefüllt. Unerträgliche Hitze und jede Menge Stechmücken im Zimmer. Abends Öffnen der Fenster aufgrund der Lage des Zimmers (direkt an der Terrasse des Restaurants im Erdgeschoss) wegen der extremen Geräuschkulisse fast unmöglich. Im Zimmer daher auch nur flüstern u. Bewegung sowie Umziehen im Dunkeln möglich. Geräuschkulisse des Personals nach nächtlicher Schließung des Restaurants noch schlimmer (Party??). Erst zwei Tage vor Abreise Standventilator zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach Zimmerreinigung wiederholt Terrassentür in Kippstellung mit geöffnetem Fliegengitter vorgefunden (Sicherheit?Stechmückenplage?). Eingangstür zum Hotel stand nachts weit offen (Rezeption nicht anwesend) mit eingeschaltetem Licht (Sicherheit?? Stechmücken??) Antworten und Auskünfte der Rezeption uns und auch anderen Gästen gegenüber völlig inkompetent und unfreundlich. Versprechungen des Personals bzgl. Mückenabwehr (Lavendel o. ä.) nie erfüllt. Zimmer Nr. 121 unserer Meinung nach unvermietbar, Preis dafür unverschämt! Frühstück gut u. dortiger Service freundlich - aber Ameisen auf Tellern, Obst, Kuchen u. Saftbar.

kleines (Doppel-)Zimmer mit sehr wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten (z.B. 2 Koffern). Zimmer sieht auf der Website wesentlich geräumiger aus. Das Bad//Douche ist extrem klein. Praktisch keine Ablageflächen. Das Frühstück-Buffet ist reichhaltig.

Das Hotel sowie das zugehörige Steakhouse sind hervorragend 😊 . Das Personal war sehr kompetent und hat unsere Extrawünsche bezüglich der Speisenkarte ohne Probleme erfüllt. Wir sagen allen Mitarbeitern nochmals unseren Dank. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen und empfehlen dieses Hotel zu Hause auch weiter!
