I booked the hotel for five days before the trips thru Expedia but when i show up at the hotel the front desk guy(Stephen) couldn't find my booking info and he's not even willing to help. Instead of trying to assist me, he just cut me off the line and told me to call Expedia customer service. When i called the Expedia they said they already have my info. A lot of incompetence! AND THERE'S COCKROACH IN MY ROOM

This place sucked.
6:15 am, standing outside because of fire alarm. 9:00am-4:00pm no working toilet. 3:45 maintenance flood the room. 6:00pm housekeeping finally comes to clean room. All this with an intermittent working tv.

Came for a weekend to go to the 6 flags. Accommodations were great, staff was friendly, and hotel was very quiet and clean. Will definitely return in future.

Chose this hotel due to location, and reviews. It was newly renovated and clean. Surrounding area doesn't seem to have that much but close to highway.

Good property, well maintained. Houskeeping needs some training on knocking and announcing before entering room, housekeepers walked in us twice as we were changing. There was a drunk guest who was extremely intoxicated and caused a scene in the middle of the lobby while cops were around.. I suggest next time anything like this happens, move them to a more private area. Keys deactivated twice but staff was helpful and reactivated it.

My son wanted to go to stay at this Pacific hotel for his birthday we arrived. I believe July 1 to July 3. We notified the hotel ahead of time that it was his birthday and if we were able to store his birthday cake. They said absolutely there is a refrigerator next to the lobby where we could store the cake. We were able to store the cake by asking the morning staff, the next day and night we went to look at the cake and we were absolutely reprimanded by the two night staff people that we were not allowed to keep any cakes in the refrigerator. A little bit back-and-forth and they told me to take the cake out within the hour or they will throw it out.
