The property was spacious, and was upgraded in areas that were once in need. Unfortunately, we requested Oceanview, thinking we would see more of the view from our room, but the view was a slice because of the side of the building we were placed. We were informed that we should have requested oceanfront, which was not an option offered in the app.

I like the fact that they served authentic Jamaican food as an option everyday , food overall was good .The hotel was very clean , room was clean .They responded to request and concern very promptly. What I didn’t like is that staff need to be more efficient especially in dinning area , on several occasions I had to be looking for a server to give us water or juice at the table ,their was also no napkin at one point and I had to ask the server twice for napkin a mean how can you set a table with nothing for us to wipe our hands , other wise the property was good , service was great I would give them a 8 out of 10 . Great place for family trip .very conveniently located , less than 10 minutes from Dunns river , mystic mountain and dolphin cove if you want to do excursions.

The staff was super helpful. My GF was sick and the staff at the restaurant gave her hot water and tea daily and asked about her every time they saw me. Everyone went above and beyond.

Our stay was generally ok. I guess we kind of expected food and drinks to be mediocre, we did enjoy two of the “specialty restaurants”. It was hard to find quiet spaces. The music was blasting almost all day long. Rooms were in ok condition and a really musty smell that is hard to get off the clothes. Some small things like several outlets and the phone were not working. I think the most salient point were the waterslides and the kids area which were a lot of fun. The pool was clean and the beach area was nice. The gym was quite small for such a large property and a bit crowded, but functional. We didn’t partake in the entertainment activities so can’t comment on that. Overall we had a good trip and enjoyed our time there.

Food options were fairly good and available; beach was lovely and easily accessible with lots of space; Room was okay, whatever we lacked we asked for and received, we needed a crib and it was provided, we were warned not to turn the a/c off so as to prevent the mold, the fold-out bed showed signs of rust but we never really needed it so we folded it back up, we encountered a small roach (teenager) but not alarming, when we plugged in a laptop the electricity in the room went off however it came back on after we removed and re-inserted the electronic room access key; Check-in was good, it seemed more casual than professional, but that may have been because we are locals; The App worked really well, we were able to book different restaurants using it; overall it was good

PLEASE DO NOT go there! Waste of too much money. Beddings had blood stains when we arrived, we called for cleaning. Instead of cleaning, they sprayed something toxic and wiped the stains on the surface. We could still see the stains, lifted the beddings and they were all under. They only took care of it the last night. They do not refund, go to legal. MOLD on pillows, cockroaches (I have evidence), and very non-responsive people. Your beddings MAY have been used by prior guests and were not changed. Gross. NOT FAMILY friendly as they advertised, it is an (not children) PARTY resort. There is nothing where FAMILIES can participate, it is either you drop off your children with strangers and go do something else, or just do what makes the kids happy. They were willing to kick out a woman from the gym because her child was sitting silently playing on the phone by the door at a corner, incident was video taped. BEEES! Everywhere especially by the pool benches! Trash cans were stinky and always overflowing all around. They do not have transportation to anywhere, even to airport. The waterslides shown in pictures are only for adults, not family. Too steep. It is either adults ride as children do nothing, or you go to the play place for children. Nothing for families. They are NOT responsive to any requests at customer service, front desk or anywhere. We were only 3 and they could not give us 3 towels during the entire stay. We called and messaged.
