Wonderful in every way!
This is a wonderful place to stay in downtown Providence! The staff was top-notch, the room was comfortable and spacious, the gym was one of the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. It was very convenient to have the walkway attached to the mall nearby. I definitely recommend it!!

Great centrally located hotel
Great room. Spacious and had a beautiful view. Attached photo was taken from our room! Parking was expensive but included in our privileges. The property has an indoor overpass attached directly to the mall which has Macy’s and a range of other shops.

Conveniently located in downtown Providence with easy access to transportation and the Providence Place mall. Great view of downtown. Housekeeping appeared understaffed or otherwise unable to attend to our room each day. Elevator outage/emergency complicated check-out day, with stairwell only providing emergency outside access, with no lobby access.
