Bonito hotel, pero muy incómodo, no aire acondicionado, solo si pides te llevan un muy pequeño ventilador, el segundo piso parece un ático muy bajo incómodo y muy caliente, porque fuimos en verano y no aire acondicionado, no ventanas!!

The hotel is very clean, it is half a block from the zocalo and the cathedral, it is very quiet, you can walk safely, its restaurant serves delicious food and the staff is very friendly.

Room was comfy and clean. Hotel is a quick walk away from the cathedral/zocalo. Only small complaint would be the WiFi, wasn’t the best. Overall, really nice stay and I’ll likely go back.

The room was spacious but the bed sheet were stained, the bathroom had moldy areas, and the couches showed stains as well.

Everything that represents this hotel is extraordinary, of course I would use it again in the future, what I do not recommend is that you use the laundry service that they offer, we have our clothes washed which we weigh before delivering them. They charge you per kilo for washing, it was approximately 6 kilos, they charged us for 10 kilos, the clothes were stained and left with a horrible smell which never went away and forced us to throw them away, otherwise I highly recommend the hotel.

Very safe and quiet environment, Clean and confortable, a/c works perfect, Hot shower at any time, we got a street view that was awesome, satelite tv and elevator. Terrace with a wonderful view of the catedral Only difference than offered is that there is no self parking, but they offer valet parking. Will definitely book again next time.

One-half block from the cathedral and zocalo (main square), with plenty of shopping and dining options within a 5-10 minute walk. The on-site restaurant is a good option as well. Staff is very accommodating.

The experience was lovely, just like in our previous stay. The only thing I will say they need to clean the shower head and updated their bed sheets. They looked to have food stains. Other than that great.
