A beautiful condo in one of the newest buildings closest to the beach- only a block from it. You'll love it because of the views, the terrace, the private roof-top amenities, including pool, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, workout room, large gathering lounge area, with executive style table and kitchen with built in Wolf Grill. Add to it, the convenience to everything. It's location is known for the restaurants and nightlife. On Saturdays, during season, there's a wonderful outdoor market for the freshest fruits and veggies right across in the square. No vehicle is required during your stay, as public transportation is right at your door for whenever you'd want.
This condo has a wonderful terrace that wraps around the building, designed as such, so that one can step out of any room and enjoy the fantastic views. As a matter of fact, there are no windows! Sliding glass walls that, when open, create a fabulous open air, larger feeling to the entire living space. It's like living outside. We've had it decorated with lively bright happy colors, so indicative of the old Mexican culture, but with a contemporary flair to it creating a flow intermingling the two. The condo is set up for 2-4 persons sleeping capacity. A queen bed in the bedroom, with a fold out double in the living room.
This is private building. Guests are met for the initial checkin/checkout.
Our management staff will meet and greet you upon arrival. I will be away but my property managers will take good care of you. If you will want additional maid service it can be added for a small fee.
Additionally, there is on-site management and security for the building itself.
We can set up an airport transfer, if you wish, as well as, a market stop off on your way in. Even different activities and/or adventures can be set up prior to your arrival by simply letting us know.
You won't really need a car here. If you do find yourself wishing for something, that is farther than you want to walk to, there are taxis, and Uber, that can be hailed with a second's notice down at street. If you want to truly feel the culture, there is a bus stop within a block where you can get to just about anything with a bus ride costing just pennies.
In order to keep our prices low, and stay environmentally aware, we include an electrical consumption of 20 kwh/day-which should cover guests' needs. In case, for any reason, you use extra kwh's, these can be paid at check out.
We also offer promotional rates for stays of 30 nights or longer. These rates do not include electric. Guests will be responsible to pay for their consumption at check out. Consumption is monitored by recording meter at check in and check out.
The condo has a great airflow and consumption is typically low.
