Great Hotel!
The Carton City was in an excellent position for public transport, shops, attractions and nightlife/restaurants and bars. The hotel was very clean and well kept by attentive Staff. The reception staff were friendly but courteous and very helpful with any enquiry. The outdoor pool area was a great place to relax with a good sized pool. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend the Carlton City Hotel, Singapore.

Definitely coming back here on the next trip over. Concierge staff are amazing and really looked after me and my belly. The rooms have very high ceilings, they’re uber quiet with road noise non-existent, are modern with USB-C outlets; albeit on the alarm clock; come with super comfy king size bed (YMMV), TOTO equipped bathrooms with bath tub - all this make it so much more enjoyable to stay here. You’re a hop and a skip away from Maxwell Hawker Centre and the MRT may as well be at your door step. Gym is a little small, but functional, otherwise I’m one happy chappy.

Family friendly hotel! I was there with my 2yo toddler and husband, the staffs were super friendly and approachable. I had to store my breast milk for my infant who's was not with us during this trip, the concierge staffs were kind enough to help me store in their freezer and smooth process collecting them upon check out. Swimming pool is well maintained and comes with a baby pool (0.5m depth), felt safe for my toddler to play in it. Breakfast buffet selection was okay, staffs were attentive and take our plates away promptly after we finished our food. Room is of a decent size, comes with bathtub, which our toddler LOVES. Clean and quiet sound-proof room.
