Good hotel, Club lounge and service wonderful. Check in very good. We had a problem with our room air conditioning - after the second night of boiling we ask for it be looked at- the engineer said it was broken so arranged for us to be moved. This happened seamlessly and with apologies. Breakfast in the main restaurant was surprisingly limited, club room also but you would expect that. The other surprising element was how dated/basic the club rooms were. Staff in the Club room were really friendly and efficient and made the stay worthwhile.

I am local. What I love about the hotel room is its BATHTUB~ Their rooms, even the cheapest rooms, have bath tub. The location is near MRT. The front desk staff are lovely. The breakfast is lovely. Would recommend.
