I honestly felt uncomfortable in my room because there was a giant black mold spot in the bathroom and in hindsight should have asked to be moved. There was also a leak above the toilet that dripped on your head while it was in use. Overall the property is nice for the price. I enjoyed the live salsa music in the lobby in the evening and the staff was very friendly.

Cleaning lady started around 8:40 am working in the room beside us . You can hear everything, slamming doors, moving beds, ringing her loud phone, My room 2109 just divide it for a sliding door even worse , no respect for our sleeping. I even called reception to report the loud noises she was causing and they said nobody’s is supposed to work at that time and will check but didn’t do anything about it. Chairs on the balcony so dirty needs cleaning. Most of the TV channels doesn’t work specially kids channels. There’s a few options For dinning with walkable distance including Oxxo and Chedraui.

I only had breakfast and it was not great. Safe in room did not work. Called front desk they sent someone but he could not get his hand held device to open it either. Battery low on device not working…Received another call from desk asking if it was fixed. Not yet. Waited. No show. Had to leave taking so long… never a follow up with same.

To much construction going on in the property which is noisy and can be heard from inside rooms. the pool is not in the best conditions but the staff is very nice and do make up for the inconveniences.

I believed that this place cand do much better, if they keep a Good maintenance_ in this areas, pool( cracks in it safety hasard) cucarachas in the room, no umbrellas in the beach_ etc, etc

we was there from Sunday to wednsday they put us in the room 1618 was the last in the floor was so noise that we can't sleep and sometime the floor was no light in the hallway we call couples times for that and the shower was not warm water in till we went to the front desk and then they help us. and the worst was when I got o drink and I was treated like I stole the drink the lady sit by the bar was very rude she escort me to the front desk and make me paid $75.00 pesos is not the money I don't like the way that I was treaded I even ask for a receipt

We really enjoy our stay . We did visit between Nov 7-11. Great location. Walking distance to the marina where from boat excursions were departing was a nice bonus as we booked some. Nice beach. The water temperature in the ocean was amazing. We were sleeping so well there :) Forgot to check the tag on their pillows as those were super comfortable. Very helpful and kind staff . Would go back again.
