The area is very nice, our biggest concern was the staffs willingness to help, be friendly and demanding tips when we were tipping already. We had to request multiple times/days to get our room clean, receive our complementary water, and when dinning waiting or having to find ourself something as simple as napkins or cutlery to eat. The pool area is a bit small too especially when kids are playing, it makes it a bit difficult to relax and the adult pool is very small and many times there was kids in it as well and the staff would do nothing about it. The plus was that the food was very goods, it was relatively clean, and the few staff members that were helpful really helped make our trip special.

The property is very old and outdated. The pool area was missing tiles and was cause for cut toes. The air condenser insode the hotel room was pouring all condensation into the room. 😐

Disfrutamos hospedarnos en Playa los Arcos por su locacion frente al mar, cerca de varios restaurantes, puestos y tienditas a una corta distancia caminando. Este hotel es muy practico para familias, ya que su piscina es para varias edades. Nos toco la mejor camarista Angelica A. Nos atendio siempre con una sonrisa y muy amablemente. Su atencion fue de lo mejor. Se encargaba de preguntarnos con frequencia cualquier cosa que ocuparamos para el cuarto. Y dejaba nuesto cuarto muy limpio!

My return to Playa Los Arcos Hotel Beach Resort & Spa was a nostalgic event, my fifth visit in 12 years. The resort consistently impresses with cleanliness, exceptional staff, and prime location. The property's hygiene is impeccable, thanks to hardworking staff who strive for attention to detail. The staff are exceptional, friendly, professional, and attentive. Their dedication ensures a smooth stay with no issue too big or small. The location is unbeatable, safe, walkable, and close to restaurants, attractions, and transportation options. Dining at Mi Pueblito Restaurant as part of the all-inclusive is impressive, offering diverse culinary offerings that cater to every taste preference. The comfortable beds ensure restful nights' sleep. However, two minor issues arose: lack of hot water for showering and a room door not fitting properly. Despite these inconveniences, my stay was outstanding. I highly recommend Playa Los Arcos to anyone seeking a memorable Puerto Vallarta getaway. If future upgrades or renovations are planned, I encourage the hotel management to address these minor issues to ensure continued satisfaction from long-time guests like myself.

The property needs a huge upgrade. The bathrooms are dirty and smell of mold. We didn't get our room cleaned daily or our water The towels were old and discolored. An item went missing the first day Called maintenance to fix the edge and thrg never came. The balcony door handle was hanging off. Overall a great location but I would not recommend staying

A quick walk to the corner market, where you can buy water and beer. Down Basilio Badillo you got Freddy’s Tuscan for breakfast, panchos tacos for late lunch by, Starbucks. This hotel has everything close by.

Property is overcrowded. A lot of small children screaming and playing.. which is what they should do.. but nowhere to just relax. Noisy all the time.. only one restaurant with the all inclusive package.. food was ok.. not a lot of options. Service at restaurant terrible. I always had to flag someone down for a beverage. Sometimes the servers just standing around in a huddle talking and joking, while I waited for someone to assist.. I had 2 alcoholic beverages the entire time I was at the hotel. Bar by the pool always busy and always had to wait. Alcoholic drinks were not very good. ate outside the resort most of the time. Better service. I paid all inclusive.. not worth it.. Front desk staff not friendly at all..the place is older but clean. Never had hot water and the water pressure was really low. Always a line at the front desk when I wanted to report an issue..Elevator went up to I think the 3rd floor?(2nd? Can’t remember ) Then I had to climb a couple of set of stairs to get to our room.. rooms need some work.. great view from our little balcony.. Would not stay here again..
