Room was dated and in need of repairs. Staff was unhelpful with information about transit. And there was no food or drink available for purchase when we arrived at 21:30 - restaurant and bar staff refused to serve, no onsite store, and no room service until 23:00. The neighborhood was not nice - nothing convenient. Food at the breakfast buffet was covered with flies and average at best. We expect a much different experience from a highly rated resort property.

The room was totally outdated and dirty. The staff's altitudes are indifferent and unaccomdating except the ones worked in the swim up bar. Too many fees like early check in fee, late check out fee, resort fee, ecological fee. Too many local and other hotels guests came to use the pool facility without paying a fee.

Beautiful pool area. Super rude bartender that told us to go back to America and that everyone hates Americans. Very friendly front desk. We ordered dinner on Christmas and didn’t get our wine until AFTER our dinner which was premade and dry fish. Super short staffed and we will not be returning.

A wonderful place to stay in preparation for your cruise. The front desk arranged our transportation from the airport & to the cruise port. The hotel was perfect, views from everywhere! The perfect way to begin our bucket list to Tahiti & beyond.

Room was very basic and dated. No hair dryer or amenities. Only a sheet on the bed. In a seedy area; no good options for food. No shuttle to airport. They charged us $65 extra to check in before 2:00pm. TV only got 6 channels that were all in French. Elevator was up a flight of stair so we had to carry our heavy luggage up stair to get to the elevator. We could see the hotel from the airport but we were charged $35 for a taxi to take us less then 1 km. We were supposed stay there again the night before we flew out but we canceled the reservation and booked a nicer hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

Lovely service and very well located (only 10min from airport with private beach) Renovated accommodations but pool and terrace areas need refurbishment (coming in one month apparently). We will be back after refurbishment!
