The property is really clean and nice. The service has gone down a little from previous years. Not sure if they have enough personnel. Lacking some activities. The restaurants are all lacking service and it is just better food at the buffet.

The building it self is beautiful But the service is poor One one person attending the pool area The girls in the restaurant shows no interest on the job nor even smile to the customers or ask if everything is ok The toilet in my room wasn’t working got to flush two or three times The bathtub should be upgraded to shower because is to high for older persons The Buffett in the princess smell bad Not always is bad the Ches Gourmet is excellent There is no bar service around the beach and the hotel should have places where the people in the beach or in the pool can get pizza or snacks before go to the Buffett

The staff was great. The only thing that I have trouble was the food in the chef gourmet restaurant because the food was not cook well and they give a lobster that was raw in one part and my boyfriend order a lamb chops and them medium rare and they bring them rare. The others restaurants the food was awesome.

The resort was beautiful and clean, the staff were excellent, very professional and polite. The only thing I will like for them to improve is the air conditioning in the property, especially in the room was too low, and when providing a coupon for activity to explain is only applicable when buying at full price

This is an amazing resort, so much to do, staff were friendly and hardworking. The resort grounds were immaculate, the rooms are clean, everything worked well, ac, fridge, shower etc. we were premium with ocean front view, it was an absolutely beautiful view and I loved watching the sunrise every morning. Highly recommend this resort, I can’t wait to go back!!

The food was quite horrible. Unless you go to specialty dining, don’t plan to eat good. The drinks were no good either. They barely used alcohol. There is not a lot to do in the resort, so plan ahead so you’re not bored. We found ourselves going more to the Palace section that being in our section.
