Great property. The staff works hard to ensure their guest are satisfied. I was hesitant about this resort as I normally stay with Iberostar, but with the bad customer service I’m happy I chose this resort. I had one of the best massages in my life. The food was decent. The entertainment was AMAZING! I’ll definitely come back to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Excellence Punta Cana! From start to finish the service was prompt and friendly, our room was clean and our ocean view room didn’t disappoint!!! The grounds are immaculately kept, the food options were abundant and delicious! Robinson at the Magna restaurant was our favourite server. :) Highly recommend this resort!

great location for our baby moon! we didn’t leave the resort during our stay, but walked up the beach and it was lovely. the resort has multiple pools, a gym, pickleball and tennis courts, and plenty of day time activities. we were never bored. the food and drinks were delicious and the staff was amazing!

Our family of six enjoyed the resort. There was always places to sit whether by the pool or on the beautiful private beach. Food and dining options were excellent with the French restaurant out favourite.
