We had a fantastic time at Excellence Punta Cana. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were very comfortable, excellent bed and pillows, the staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. The restaurants and food were excellent. The beach and ocean were beautiful.

The property was wonderful and clean. However, it was quit boring. The entertainment closed around 12am. They had no party. If you are looking for a quiet vacation it is just for you but it you want something a bit more lively I would recommend somewhere else. Everyone was nice and I felt very safe.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Front desk and concierge was quick to act on any request. Rooms were well kept clean and medern. Restaurants were nice and food was well executed. The Grill and the Japenese were exellent. The somalier Ramsel had a great temperment and was very kind. On entertainment Blade and Butterfly were very welcoming and active. Pool staff was super attentive to keeping beverages flowing. So many more to say. I have been to many resorts in DR and MX but i will definitely will be back to this one.

Everything was wonderful. No lines for meals. Service was wonderful! Housekeeping was great. Only annoying thing was the towels saving chairs and didn't show up for hours. Resort should monitor that more. Shout out to entertainment team! Michael Jackson show was amazing.

Beautiful place and very nice hotel. Front desk is awesome and friendly. However Waiters at Kitchen are slow. You could wait for your coffee for 5 minutes. Waiters in dining restaurants don’t get your order right away. Drinks first and it has to take some time before you can order the food. Main pool bar is not friendly unless you tip them.
