Loved cleanliness, the stuff was very helpful, and everyone knew english and were very helpful,food is good too, variety of food, transportation was great, specially our butler was so informative and supportive. Giving this hotel 5 star. If i ever decide to come back to punta cana will only stay at Hard rock, we had a horrible experience in Lopesan

I've gone to a lot of resorts in the Dominican Republic, but this one had the poorest assortment of cuisine. During our ten days there, we visited the ORO nightclub twice, where the daily music selection was the same. Another analogy for Moonlight Nightclub is a CD. Although the beach and pools are lovely, the noise level in the rooms is uncomfortably high. Massive property, but unquestionably not worth the cost.I've gone to a lot of resorts in the Dominican Republic, but this one had the poorest assortment of cuisine. During our ten days there, we visited the ORO nightclub twice, where the daily music selection was the same. for Moonlight Nightclub is a Terrible DJs is like a CD. Although the beach and pools are lovely, the rooms aren't very comfy.

It needs to get better
Family trip to enjoy the waterpark and most waterslides are not working/terrible condition. Food was ok but not much variety. Hotel is really big and lacking transportation for the big crowd over there.

The resort is nice and the all inclusive is a plus but the big turn off is the constant badgering from staff following you around trying to sell you travel packages. Even at the beach, you cannot catch a break. All sorts of gypsies trying to sell you photos and tours and they don't know how to take no for an answer. Even as we checked out, we were approached as a last effort to try and sell us travel packages and they follow you around annoying you.

Rooms were overly hot, and even after adjusting the temperature, the room did not get cold. The food was okay. There's nothing to rave about. Clean facilities. Don't fall for those that want you to join the hard rock club. This is quite similar to timeshare. They tell you it will only take half an hour to meet at breakfast, and then they will take you to numerous people to convince you to sign up. If you have around 3 hours to spare and want to get an inexpensive land activity voucher, go for it. But what they tell you on the first day is all wonderful outside activities, but when you get there, such as Sona islands,will not be accessible for booking. So think about if your 3 hours of vacation time is worth it.

Worse hotel in both food and service in Punta Cana. This is a mammoth concrete and steel complex that looks more like an Army Barracks or a federal prison that a luxury hotel, the lobby is the only area that resembles a Vegas hotel. The food is downright disgusting the service is mediocre at best and there is nothing positive that I can say about this place. Finally forget about peace and relaxation this place is full of screaming children everywhere.

When you enter the hotel, you think wow, what an amazing hotel But dont get fooled The food was horrible. Basically the only restaurant you can eat at is the international restaurant. The rest have terrible food. No entertainment. There is no AC in the hotel during the day. Unbelievable. Eating in heat in restaurant beside the pool. Pools were super dirty. The water would turn dull in the afternoon. Super dirty. Specially kids pool. The service you get from staff is 0. They all expect tip No one knows anything. Good luck if you ask a question. Terrible experience

This hotel is very run down and dated. STAY AWAY if you’re looking for true 5 star luxury. Only good thing about this place is the casino and kids water park. Everything else is absolute trash, down to the customer service. We paid for an upgraded room and the room did not have functioning AC. Room was 80 degrees F. Most the hotel didn’t change our room until the next day at 5 pm after a 4 hour check in process the first day. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that to get a measly voucher for “compensation” they had us go back and forth to the lobby 3 times and each time we wasted an hour to 2 hours in the lobby. absolutely unacceptable. Stay FAR AWAY if you want a quality hotel
