Loved our time at Majestic Mirage! We went with our two adult children. Resort is beautiful. Lobby was decorated for Christmas which was nice! Rooms were HUGE! All staff were kind and helpful. Good variety of food. Ate all breakfasts and lunches at Seaside. Italian restaurant was our favorite for dinner. But you should try all of them! Beach was quiet and we never had a problem finding a chair. I never go back to a past vacation spot. I enjoy trying new places. However, we may go back to Majestic Mirage. It was just a great week!

This is the friendliest place on earth, not the other places in FL and CA. We were there for a week and it delivered above our expectations. food and drink were available at many places, ask for something and it was there. Rooms were great and cleaned on a daily basis, with surprises every day when you returned from daily activities. I can stress how friendly the people were at this resort. I loved our week spent here. Beach was crowded; you needed to get down early to get lounge chairs. Check in was slow, they need to work on this process. Majestic Mirage, thank you for a memorable vacation.

Several people complained about roaches in the room, I ask witnessed a roach in my shower room! When I arrived I was charged an additional $1k for my child because the hotel claimed Expedia confirmed I was bringing infants. I booked the room 9 months in advance so the price was so low, the said I need to pay more! Expedia could not help me, only the virtual assistant on the site was reachable!

I won’t be coming back here. Although it’s pretty and mostly clean and the staff is amazing our check in was horrible. We were supposed to check in on a Saturday. We had three rooms but my daughter was in the emergency room at home Friday and again Saturday with a fever of 103. The doctors had to run tests and a ct scan. We had a doctors note when we did check-in on Sunday but management did not care. They would not give us a refund nor comp any extras. Absolutely nothing. My daughter still had a slight fever during the trip but was on antibiotics. Needless to say management is not nice or accommodating. They only care about the money. The food is eh .. not great. For the prices they charge I expected soooo much better. The staff is friendly though. Will not be going back ! That’s a definite

We had an amazing stay of seven nights. I can't say enough about Candio, our Butler great guy, who did a fantastic job. The food was good, and the staff was always ready to help. The grounds were beautiful and well-manicured. The only thing I wouldn't rate as excellent were the rooms, they were ok. The rooms need some updating. It wasn't a big issue because we didn't spend that much time in our room. Other than that we had a fantastic time and can't wait to return.

The property is nice, staff was friendly and welcoming, and we had a great time - but hard to consider it a 5-star resort. 3.5-4 maybe. Food was ok but not 5-star and drinks were just bland (and we tried as may types as we could). Our biggest disappointment was the lack of response to outreach and information prior to our arrival. we sent several emails through Expedia with no response. No planning tips sent by the hotel prior to arrival whatsoever. When we got to the resort we were told we were too late to get a daily round of golf reserved (got 2 days out of 5), and only 2 night of dinner reservations - due to the restaurants being booked up. No availability at their top fine dining experience the entire 5 days. Disappointing all around. One personal peeve - we got 3 special gifts (cookies, etc) sent to 3 of our 4 rooms (frustrating the 4th room guests) and we were invited to a private VIP reception - scheduled for the night AFTER we left!

This was a beautiful property and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffets had good food but you had to hunt for it. Check-in was very slow and a bit confusing. We were still learning basic things about the property as we were leaving on the 5th day. Also, it was hard to find spots at the beach. But the pools were excellent and we loved the open areas (plaza) and the theater shows were fun. It was a great spot for my group of 8 people.

I’d like to share some feedback following our 6-day stay at your resort. While the property and amenities were lovely, there were certain aspects of our experience that fell short of expectations, particularly regarding food options and service quality. Vegetarian Food Options: As vegetarians, we found the choices quite limited, and it was often difficult to confirm whether certain dishes were suitable for us. When we asked for clarification, some waitstaff displayed dismissive behavior, such as rolling their eyes, which made us feel uncomfortable. Service Disparities: On multiple occasions, we noticed a lack of consistency in the attention and service provided. For example, while some guests seemed to receive prompt and attentive service, we often had to wait excessively for simple requests like water—up to 20 minutes after asking multiple times. This disparity in treatment left us feeling overlooked and unwelcome. We were especially disappointed as it felt like these differences might have been influenced by racial bias, given that we are of South Asian origin. This is not the kind of inclusive or welcoming environment one expects from a resort of this caliber.
