Great beach. Terrible check in/check out process. One person was checking in 5 couples at the same time. It took him 5 times longer! Spent one hour checking in. Room was ready after 4pm, was not ready @3pm. At noon, during check out only one person at the front desk. Created long line and unnecessary wait.

We had the BEST vacation at the Mirage!!! The resort is very well maintained, food was really good - we loved the Steakhouse especially (short ribs were fantastic, and my guys loved their steaks). My boys were thrilled to be able to get lobster at night at the Seaside restaurant, and I really enjoyed the buffets there. Adult pool was so wonderful - and HUGE thanks to our pool guy Juan Bernardo who saved our cabana for us every morning, Omar and Daisi at the pool bar were phenomenal as well! We felt like family and didn't want to try out any other pool spots. Unlike other resorts, it was easy to find a spot at the pool, but with Juan I didn't need to rush down at the crack of dawn to reserve my spot. When Juan left for his days off, I really missed his smiling, friendly face! The nightly entertainment was really good as well, except for the sound system.

Firstly, service was excellent, their butler system works very well. One person that can and does help you with everything - from reservations to checkouts. Very, very convenient. Secondly, plenty of cabanas on the property so you can go to the beach any time and find a place to lie down, usually a huge problem at other hotels.

Everything is amazing, My butler Amable do my reservations and explained Everything around activities, entertainment show all of them are incredible. Food delicious in all restaurant I recommend you set your reservationswhen you arrived for all of them, I preferred the buffet in the beach because I love sea food. One chef made us a paella front the beach . We love it. Attention are excellent, music , food, premium liquor in all bars. I recommend the piano bar , all bartender are excellent. You can enjoy the casino, Club, the shows, live band. We went for 2nd time for my birthday and we will come back again next year. 5 start hotel. You can do excursions too if you want it, pictures, weddings.

Good food, great facilities, good service. Very nice rooms. Ping pong table needs new paddles. Butler service not worth it. Amazing beach/ocean. Took a while for our bags to reach our room. Beautiful pools, lots of chairs, bartenders great. French restaurant mediocre at best. Entertainment very good.

Really nice property and very good dining options. If you’re more of a pool person v beach person then I would do your research. The pool was nice but more lazy river like and very shaded. Which could be a plus or minus depending on the time of year. Would recommend for sure.

All-around excellent resort! Majestic Mirage is top notch at providing luxury resort accommodations and service in Punta Cana. We truly feel catered to throughout our stay. This included a daytime butler (thank you Yordy!) that checked in each morning and provided a list of resort activities and was available throughout the day if we needed anything. We opted for the jacuzzi rooftop room and had an awesome time. Also make sure you check out the specialty drinks @ the Piano Bar! Would highly recommend for special intimate occasions ;)
