Great Experience with potential to be even bet

Food was pretty good for all inclusive. Beach and pool are 5 stars but close at 6pm. If they were open til 8 it would be much better. Casino should be expanded or redone. They need a true room service app like moon palace. English language gap is noticable but managable. App would solve a lot of miscommunications. Shows and themed nights are great but a little repetitive. Overall great experience and would recommend to others

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with wonderful hospitality! It is our first time here and everyone has made me feel so welcome! All of the people here are incredible and always so happy! They make me feel like a superstar! Obeidy and his staff/coworkers in the check in/out area were absolutely amazing! They helped us with a a major problem and was able to enjoy the full time we planned for! Our room was amazing and clean! Marta was absolutely amazing at making sure all my needs were met! She was so sweet and worked with us every step of the way! I was provided with everything I needed at all times thanks to our butler Luis who was outstanding! He communicated with us so well and did everything he could to make our stay that much better! The food was amazing! I loved trying new things and experiencing a different culture! The entertainment team made sure we had a wonderful time every step of the way! They went above and beyond! Gasolina ayyayayyyyy was the life of the party! His whole team, especially Ashley and Freilin, were incredible with so much energy and made me feel like I was full of life!!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to come back!!!!

We have stayed here numerous times (4 at The Mirage 1 at the Elegance). The food is good but nothing ever changes. Same for the shows every night...how many times can I see a Michael Jackson revue? The employees are terrific except for maybe one of the beach bar waiters...he likes to hang around pretty girls (my daughter!) and pretend to carry on a conversation. Guess he doesn't care about making tips. We love the size of the property, love the adults only beach seating/pool area. The resort is showing some hard wear and tear. Some of the upholstered banquets in The Market Place buffet look like crime scenes they're so dirty. I asked to be moved at least twice. The Bali beds on the beach are in terrible condition...missing tops, curtains on sides and bars holding up the backs broken and rusted. The platform on our bed was all torn up, too. The place needs a good renovation. Cleaning only does so much. I can't say enough about Carmen our housekeeper! Niomi who works at the beach buffet and Italia restaurant is wonderful as is Ana Maria (Market Place breakfast buffets and Japanese restaurant). I'm not sure if we will repeat again in the fall.

The property was beautiful, very clean, and safe. Our room was cleaned daily, mini bar stocked with what we wanted daily. The entertainment was so fun and each day was different which made it nice. Lots of food options available my favorite being the steak house. I would recommend this resort and if I ever go to the DR again I would stay again.

Beautiful place. Rooms are large and the amenities are top notch. Spoke to many people who returned to this resort multiple times. Also spoke to people who stayed at surrounding properties in the past and said the accommodations, food, and service were the best at Majestic. There are actually 3 properties there. Mirage is the newest and offers suites with a separate bedroom. Enjoyed our 6 nights. Only 2 drawbacks. One, our butler wasn’t as attentive as others. The other is the need for more healthier food options.

The property was great, very clean and staff were very friendly. Plenty of food, drink options and the beach was terrific. We had a very relaxing vacation and look forward to coming back. Only small complaint I could think of is the pool is not heated. We think the ocean was warmer but again, just a small complaint.

The few improvements I would like to see are: Better beach loungers The Bali beds were in disrepair, many were missing the curtains Difficult to get reservations for the Japanese and French restaurant We did very much appreciate the special touches and acknowledgment of being repeat guests. the staff and facilities are fantastic, and the price is right where we can afford. The majority of the food is for the most part very good. Our suggestion would be buffet hot food needs to be hot, and the pizza needs improvement. We did have an issue keeping towels, wash cloths, and floor mats in out room. within two days we ended up with no washcloths, no mat, and less towels. that being said, we've been there twice and we will be back.
