Barely anyone spoke english. Biggest reason, why our experience was sour. We are a vegetarian family and after waiting for nearly hr and a half, they put sausage in our order. Kids literally went to bed without food that night. Even after mentioning several times, they just didnt get it.

We loved the waterparks, beach and pools. The buffet food and selection was beyond disappointing. Limited and not enough variety. No cereals or yogurts for the kids considering it's a resort for kids. There are also no restaurant or buffet along the beach. It was still under construction. Knowing this, the resort should set up something everyday at lunch so parents don't have to leave the beach or pool side with their kids just to grab a quick bite. It was very evident that half the staff/chefs are still in training with little to zero English; not even the bare minimum .Sometimes we didn't even receive service when we sat down at our table. Room service was slow or ignored our needs. One thing I can say is that the experience and food at WokWok and Spacewalker was amazing. Food at Spacewalker was the absolute best. Staffs was very accommodating. The staffs at the bar at Nickelodeon Place was amazing as well. Enjoyed the food there. Overall, the kids had an amazing time.

Do not stay at this resort. The food was terrible. I expect with an all inclusive, the food to not be 5 star, but this was ridiculous. Also if your children drink milk don’t plan on getting it here. They only use lactose free milk. Staff was rude, especially with dealing with a room beneath us partying until 12:30 at night, and having their drunk kids play in the pool. All 4 of my family and myself got sick from the food, as well. The resort is also far from anything else. Rooms were clean. Resort was clean. Beach is not for kids, as it has huge waves. Also beach has dangerous men “selling coconuts and cigars”,d one of these men was armed. I wish I would have never gone. A week with hungry kids, parents, and rude staff turned a vacation into a stressful week. I am beyond angry. The restaurants aside from the poor quality buffet, didn’t have half the dishes on the menu. Thank god the lady in the morning made omelets or we would’ve barely eaten ourselves. The character breakfast is just another buffet with food that the normal buffet should hold its standards to. That was the best meal and it costed $450 USD extra. Waterpark was good for small children. There are only 3 slides for teens or adults. The transportation golf cart to bring you to the waterpark takes forever, while premium guests with timeshares are treated like a whole different class of people. The shows at night were great for kids and family and I will say that was the best part of the resort.

My family had a great time. Kids really enoyed the kids club which was included and the water park, also the beach was beautiful. The food was good too, we enjoyed the italian restaurant on the resort the most, they sang happy birthday and brought a piece of cake complimentary for my husband. Friendly staff and so clean. Everyone is always maintaining and cleaning the property inside and outside. Room service was available 24 hours so that helped as we landed late the 1st night. Great experience overall for families with young children

This is kids resort but very limited resources and activities for kids. Clean and quiet resort but tgey could get better. Eveything shown online is upsell. You need to buy sliming experience or characters breakfast. Never saw characters out so kids could see them without paying extra. Staff was amazing food good rooms clean and nice.

Stayed from Sat-Wed. 2 adults, 2 10year olds. Room service: food INEDIBLE (e.g. quesadilla mircrowaved and had to peel off the disposable bowl it was served in; chicken so tough it broke the plastic cutlery it was served with). We ordered 4x. Order arrived incorrectly 4x. Concierge: WORTHLESS. They are your first point of contact, but if you don’t buy what they’re selling then you will never hear from them again. You need a concierge to reserve at Skywalker. I contacted 2 concierge and never heard back from either. Use the BRX services instead. Buffet: service is HORRIBLE. If you’re not the first person to arrive then you will need to search the server stations for your own silverware/napkins. Youll be lucky to get water or coffee offered to you. Servers arguing between each other as to whose turn it is to get what you just asked goes. The place is in disarray. Restaurants: there is nothing open from 330pm-530pm except the Sweetery where they serve leftover buffet pastries and ice cream. They don’t have enough staff to have all their outlets open every night. 1st night went to Verdello (service horrible). 2nd night went to BrGRs because Wok Wok had a 2-hour wait time. Service was horrible. I ordered 1 beer, and they brought be sparkling wine because they said the beer was warm (they had only been open for an hour). Went back to Verdello, and got slightly better service but after the we got the food, the server never came back. Minibar: not restocked daily. Lies.

Property is being sold as a 5 star resort but it’s not. The check-in was terrible with over A hour wait and then another line for the room number. Food is crap and service is so mediocre. The food and staff at the fresco was best part and they have a nice bartender named Rafael in that area. Resort is fun and safe for children.

Found cockroaches in the bathroom from time to time. Air Conditioning is not working or not working in a way someone used to it can feel comfortable having dinner in the restaurants, specially during summer. There is only one kind of beer option, Presidente. My little ones (3 & 2) got bored after 3 days.

Good for kids, enjoyable for adults.
We had a good time at Nickelodeon. The weather in early Nov. was comfortable, but the occasional rain scatters did ruin some pool/beach days, so definitely look into the season when planning your trip. The food was a hit or miss depending on what restaurant you try. Definitely try Sweetey (ice cream/donuts), SpaceWalker, Verdello, Zest and the hamburgers. The buffet could have been better, but is typical of any all inclusive. Overall, the kids had a good time. They did provide sand buckets for the kids when we asked at the bar by the beach which was great for us. However, its first come first serve. Luckily, there wasn't many vacationers when we went, so we got lucky. Character breakfast was entertaining. It was breakfast buffet style, so hurry up and eat before the characters come out because half the time you're taking pictures with all the characters. Club Nick was nice for rainy days. Unfortunately, its just kids only, so if you're a concerned parent, you will be sitting outside waiting like my husband did.

We had a great time at the Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana! We went for our son’s third birthday, and he enjoyed himself very much! The food was hit or miss each day, but the drinks from each bar were fantastic, and there was no shortage of activities to do with our son! My family and I will definitely be back in the near future! A small complaint is the placement of the Jellyfish Park right next to the Aqua Nick water park. The jellyfish park requires socks and dry clothes in order to enter but having it right next to a water park meant we had to go all the way back to our room to get socks and dry clothes for our son. Just a weird place to put that area.
