The food options were great. I liked not having to make a reservation for dinner. The staff was very friendly. Clean sandy beaches and shade from the palm trees on the beach.

This hotel asking for a review when I never got the chance to even go there in person. My flight was cancel due to a global issue checking in international passengers which forced me to cancel my trip because there was no other flights for the same day or next. I canceled everything through Expedia and now RIU IS NOT REFUNDING ME MY MONEY OR EVEN GIVING A CREDIT FOR FURURE BOOKING! Can’t believe how they handle emergency cancellation and no refund. Definitely won’t be looking into this place again nor will be recommending. MONEY TAKERS!

Room smelled of mold and even though it was suppose to have been renovated in the past 5 years only some things about the room was renovated i.e. floors and not furniture. Also the food was terrible at best. Grounds were nice and it seemed safe.
