El staff del hotel excepcional, en la barra de la piscina Ruben y Niulca nos trataron como realeza, en el buffet Elizabet y Carlos tremendo servicio la comida esta fuera de este mundo, espectacular y en el entretenimiento, Rubi bailo con mi Sra.esposa y nos entretuvo demasiado. Los show en la noche ni se diga! El cuarto muy limpio, todo el.staff muy amables y serviciales y eso es muy agradable. Planeamos volver pronto en familia!

The hotel smelled like sewage inside rooms around the property the room had the air broken hotel staff did not care my daughter has asthma the walls in room had feces stains the bathroom roof was leaking and falling, blood stains on comforter and sheets showers floors were disgusting with mold hair and slimy sludge teh manager did not care and said there was nothing to do the tv did not work in the room and the smell was unbearable.

This property was recently renovated & they did a great job! There are a lot of dining options, plenty of well trained & helpful staff, very clean & spacious property. The rooms are lovely even though each room category differs, all are lovely. At this all-inclusive you will only be in your room to shower, change clothes & sleep. The weather is beautiful all year around & the pools and beach front is where all guests go during the day. This property has a great waterpark for children & adults. I highly recommend this property. The mini-bar & room service is all included (all drinks & food as well of course). A special thanks to Wilkin Mazara, Pasqual, Norberto in the "Taino buffet" & Yaslandra at the "Concierge" for making our stay so special.
