Key cards never worked, when i first went into the room there was pee in the toilet, there were so many bugs behind my bed that crawled onto my sheets, so i had to move the bed. But the parties were great, and overall my experience over the 5 days was ok but didnt meet my expectations.

Limpieza de las paredes terrible,los baños de la discoteca deteriorados. Una cantidad de mosquitos increibles. Los pasillos con mal olor y las maquinas de hielo fueras d servicio. Además, la vestimenta del personal estâ deteriorada c pobre apariencia. Solicite decoracion de cumpleaños, q fue el motivo del viaje y nunca se realizô. Muy mala experiencia en esta mi tercera visita.

There was enough staff. The first 3 nights we didn't need reservation for restaurant but 4th night we were told we needed reservation but didn't explain how to do this. The hotel needs renovations with most of the grout has been worn away everywhere, pools, walkways, bathrooms etc. The food is ok. People with portable speakers on beach ruin the beach experience.

Overall exceeded expectations - Staff members were excellent, very attentive from check-in to check-out. Cleaning service was spectacular. Mini-bar appreciated. Overall a good time was had by all.
