This resort is a 3 stars hotel! Rooms smell stinky, towels not cleaned. Food are not fresh, specially fruits are rooten and not edible to be eaten. Drinks are very limited so bad as well, you will not get a chance to drink a natural like orange or pineapple ( all artificial liquid) list goes on. Staff unfriendly at all. Their beach is good, otherwise not worth it to go

No hot water most all week. That was the worst. Had to take cold showers. Food wasn’t that great. Not many activities like Punta Cana Princess. Water slide didn’t work half the time. Bedding was scarce. No extra covers or pillows if needed. Will not stay here again. :(. Very disappointed in this resort

Property is very outdated. Smells like its in the middle of a dirty swamp. Lobby looks nice but the rooms do not match the ambience. Towels are dingy, almost gray looking. Pool is hot, not cool at all. All restaurants are buffet. I wouldn’t recommend.

Had a okay experience. Overall it was worth the money but the staff was so disrespectful. The food was okay , not horrible but repetitive. We asked for pillows three times downstairs and nobody ever brought them to the room.

The property had a malfunction with the magnetic of the door. We Had to go to the service department several times more than three unacceptable.

My friend and I were here from August 21st-26th and we had a great time! The parties were amazing, the food was not terrible lol and the staff was nice and helpful as well! Our main issues were the towel situation, keycards going out and the water system other than that everything else was fine!
