The liquor should be better. Too low quality liquor and they few higher quality within the low quality they always ran out and had to wait over an hour or walk to other bars to get this kind. This is not mid or top shelf liquor you can buy bottles separately but inconvenient. Would recommend having someone take orders at the beach as well. Overall is a good location staff was friendly

Juan at check in went out of his way at the pool to tell my cousin who is not blood related that his credit card did not go through. Our fan and ac did not work the first night. Next day we did not have hot water for half the day. The resort did nothing to fix the problem

Es excelente para vacaciones en pareja o grupo de amigos. Las actividades que hacen durante el día muy chulas, el trato es excepcional. La Comida de los restaurantes en la Noche es riquísima. Y el Hotel es uno muy “chic” tal cual su nombre.

The property was very pretty. The staff was nice!! The app to set reservations didnt work so you couldn't plan your day. They really push black diamond but if you book with expedia is 140 $ per person, per day . If you book directly with the hotel its cheaper. It was more about making additional money then having tools set up to make sure your having fun. Easy check in and check. Find your own transportation to the airport. Suggestions- spacwas amazing and the beach was pretty!!

I absolutely love staying at the Royalton Chic Punta Cana. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. They made sure you didn’t need or want for anything especially my concierge rep. The food was amazing and every night they had events to keep you entertained. 10 out of 10 recommend and I’ll definitely will be returning.

This was our second time at Royalton Chic in a year, the first time in January so peak season and it was just great. This last experience as not good at all. Some of the Good and some of the more challenging things we experienced: Good: * Beach/ocean vibe is amazing..some of the best we've been at * Layout of the property is nice and spacious so you don't feel on top of your neighbor * Our "personal concierge" attended to all our dinner reservations and scheduling massages and was very responsive on Whatsapp daily * The weather was perfect for the 4 days we were there, 85 and very little clouds * The bartenders were awesome and had strong pours! The More Challenging: * The only place air conditioning was running was inside the hotel rooms...no meaningful air in the main restaurants(most are open-feel) but even inside it was stifling hot...they need isolated AC in each restaurant b/c it made each meal very uncomfortable * The food was mediocre at best...come to expect that in part at "all inclusive" but b/c it was off-season, some restaurants weren't even open the entire time we were there(4 days) * The bed was hard as a rock...really uncomfortable * The AC even in the bedroom said it could be set at 15C(59F) but it wasn't even close to that so we slept ontop of the sheets every night * ATM not working the entire time...which made it very hard to tip everyone we wanted to * The entertainment was really bad and needs improvement...

I am highly disappointed that I did not receive none of the inclusions from the confirmation email: Welcome bottle of sparkling wine/Cash credit of $25 USD per room per night, I spoke to guest services twice about it and they said I would receive them but I never did. Also, I was told by guest service that I would receive a happy birthday banner on my room door and on my birthday I did not receive it, how disappointing. I am not sure why I didn't receive the inclusions.

The check in was quick and friendly. Most staff is friendly, the others leaving a big impression on you. You try to walk around the resort and there are so many people trying to hustle you for your money with cheap product and selling it to you with the outrageous prices. You can lay out on the beach and get played left and right by crooked people coming up to you. The pool was nasty. Not cleaned out well at all. The people who check you in to eat are absolutely rude. The food would sit out in the heat of the day. Making you feel like you shouldn’t eat it. Out of a party of roughly 15, 3 of them had credit card information taken out of their room and spent at a local hairdresser. Had to fight with our banks about that. In all, never going back.

I usually never give a bad review sometimes things just happen you know but the royalton chic punta cana was absolutely horrible nothing was luxury very dated They were actually doing construction while we were there I asked why didn’t we receive any type of update to book else were the receptionist said well you were already here before they started true but super inconsiderate I checked in the noise started Sunday 8pm until 12am/1 We went to the pool monday morning there was a gentleman repainting the chemicals were absolutely horrible The staff was slow and rude (reception, guest services) yudy( pool staff ) and Joan (butler) did a great job The worse hotel ever for sure messy and they only offered $50 daily to spend on hotel property nothing off the room I’m definitely taking this higher up I spent good money to be on vacation to relax I didn’t book any excursions or activities to enjoy life and just wanted to take a break now back home still stressed😩😩😩

Great property but main pool was closed for repairs and main buffett restaurant Element was also getting closed at for dinner since the booking of the hotel was not booked to capacity. The service and night activity was exceptional and all the staff was great
