The room was very clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was the breakfast and the location. It is a bit far from the old Quebec. However, we still booked it because it had breakfast included. However, the breakfast was only bread, cereals and bagels. No protein (eggs, ham…) offered. Coffee was also not fresh and we saw the staff using the same coffee filter many times, resulting in coffee tasting hot water. As a result, for us it wasn’t worth it to stay that far since the breakfast was quite bad.

Il s'agit d'un hôtel qui remplit très convenablement sa mission de point de chute. Nous avons toutefois été complètement refroidis par le petit déjeuner de très bas de gamme. À croire que l'approvisionnement venait du Dollorama...L'hôtelier Jaro doit revoir ses politiques pour contrer la malbouffe (d'autant plus qu'il cible une clientèle familiale) et améliorer notablement ses pratiques écoresponsables.
