Awesome staff, buffet breakfast was amazing. The housekeeping staff do a fantastic job. The location was fantastic. Hated the shower curtain in the bathroom. Barstaff were amazing, and had the convenience of walking out of our room to sit in the lovely tree/rose lined grassy area. It was handy to the lakefront and bars/restaurants. Could walk to most places. Highly recommend.

The room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. Location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff member that checked us in was lovely but the other staff were less than friendly to my friend I was travelling with, and other guest interactions I noticed. It wasn’t until the morning of checking out I noticed my sheets had blood-like/copper-coloured stains. Also on the ground floor you can’t open the outside door without a bunch of people staring directly into your room from only about 2m away.
