I would have given this property five stars but there were two aspects which were not good. First, the good aspects were that the property was located in a convenient place that the Queenstown downtown area was walkable. Additionally, the view from the room was amazing. However, the two aspects that were not great were -
1. The staff at the front desk were not the most helpful, and
2. The property does not have parking in the hotel. We were traveling from another country and we were looking for help to find parking nearby. Unfortunately, we were asked to look for street parking. After roaming around for 45 minutes, we couldn't find street parking at all. I wish the hotel staff were more helpful and empathetic to our situation. Nonetheless, the lack of parking space ruined our trip to Queenstown. Overall, it is a good hotel with no parking space.
