You should know that there is a scrap yard surrounding this dumpy hotel that looks like it should be condemned! We were so disappointed and did Not stay! Place had a 7.0 rating, ha joke was on us! Should be rated poor!

Bed was stiff and uncomfortable. Staff was rude at first then gave better service. Staff rudely asked if i was a smoker and jumped to conclusions that there would be smoking in the non smoking room. I assured them that there wouldn't be any smoking on property. This encounter makes me un easy about receiving my deposit back. No HOT WATER TO SHOWER!

Never Again!
I expected a simple clean place to sleep overnight for the low price. I wasn't looking for luxury. What I didn't expect was to hear loud music blasting from 3am-til 4:30am and people screwing loudly! I got hardly any sleep and when I did finally drift off, I overslept my alarm. I was late for my seminar, which defeats the purpose of me getting the room to be closer to the venue. Horrible experience!

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent. rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.

This place is the filthiest place you could ask for. Dirty bathroom with used towels, used wash rugs hanging over the shower curtains and uncleaned toilets. Well the bed was spacious, But i don't think bed covers were cleaned for about two weeks or so, The outside noise is unbearable along with the unpleasant and rough surroundings. ONLY go there if you are absolutely helpless and this is the only place you could find in the town, I rather sleep in my car! i have no clue till i was going there as i was devastated and highly hit by the WNC floods. Stay Blessed!!!

The area was quiet, the room was basic, simple and uncluttered, and the staff was friendly and kind. I've stayed twice now and my first room had minor cleanliness issues, but the second was fine. Honestly, the biggest detractor from my enjoyment of the stay is that the water pressure in the shower was so low it was difficult to wash the soap out of my hair. Pretty minor in the grand scheme of things, and I'll be staying there again soon.

I've stayed at this property twice now. The first room has some cleanliness issues but the second was good. Both times the staff was very friendly and helpful. Honestly save your money and sleep in your car. I booked a double room with 2 beds and when i got to the property the very rude lady behind the desk was not helpful at all and refused to give me the room i booked. Ended up having to sleep on the floor while my uncle took the bed. Honestly the floor was softer then the out dated mattress and the really crazy metal bed. Do not stay here. It's not worth the money. P.S. they try to find a way to keep that 100 dollar deposit that they don't want to tell you about.
