Nice room
It used to be a great deal to book a room before flying out of town. Self park in the garage and take the airport shuttle. Now they charge a high resort fee and the shuttle has limited hours. Used to be taxis lined up outside the lobby waiting for fares, not since Covid. Sad how damaging it was.

Nice spot in Reno, free parking, felt safe here. We had to leave our cars full, since we were moving our things to a new storage place overnight, nothing was taken. My only disappointment was you can tell the whole hotel has been smoked in and our bathroom toilet was left dirty. A few things you can tell it need touched up cosmetically and repairs. Overall was good for the money and safety.

Customer service was great. They have free airport shuttle, which is amazing. They have good food downstairs, but the building overall is very old downside is the room does not have a microwave and we found a cockroach in our bathroom. The water faucet in the bathroom was piping hot. It wouldn’t turn cold at all.

I liked having a safe. It was quiet, rooms were nice. I didn't like having to ask for my trash to be emptied. If you are going to allow check out via the TV, provide instruction. I would recommended others to the Nugget.
