Stayed in a double bed room with sleeper sofa. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great location! Street parking was easy, appreciated the staff explaining where to park and how it worked. A return visit is inevitable

Everything was amazing during our 5 night stay. The location is perfect to walk to everything you’d need and want. The coolest thing is the “room phone”. They don’t have landlines. Instead, they give you a cell phone with a local number that you can take with you during the entire stay and use it for calls and a hotspot. It was very convenient and a unique perk I’ve never seen

This was our second stay since our first was a good experience. This time around it was not so good. Let me start by clarifying that we paid more for this stay than our first time but we were disappointed. Staff was not attentive or friendly. We were given a room much smaller and with no privacy as it has windows facing the hallway so we had to have the blackout curtains drawn all the time. Noisy, you can hear all the pipes and bathrooms from other rooms, plus the people walking in from of your room since it is all glass. Room was uncomfortably hot, even though all heat settings were off. We asked about it and the solution was that they opened the patio doors all night. So the room was hot, and the hallway cold, :/ I loved this hotel the first time around, now I’m not so sure.

The staff were incredible with great suggestions for restaurants. The room was very clear and comfortable, but our room had a terrible view. The water pressure in the shower was very low and it took a while to get hot water. The restaurant is not associated with the hotel. We didn't eat any meals there, but the breakfast looked incredible. Getting a taxi to the rental car office took a long time, so be prepared for that. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay and I would gladly go back here.

Overall, the stay was good. The beds were comfortable, the location was very convenient and the staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was great! The biggest downfall was the cleanliness of the room…there were dust bunnies everywhere and that didn’t change for the duration of our stay. Also, the room lacked storage - there were a few open cubbies/shelves but not one drawer or dresser in the entire room so we effectively had to live out of our suitcases for the full week, which in a tight space for three people was tough to manage.
