Perfect location and great staff
Great hotel , amazing location. Staff very friendly and helpful. When we first arrived we were confused about the parking and they helped us with the Parka app. Enjoyed breakfast , lots of choices and quality .

Hotel is well located, although room walls are paper thin - can hear the street and your neighbors clearly. Breakfast is not great - would recommend getting your own outside the hotel (need fresher food, faster service)

This was the best hotel of our stay. Staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel is modern and updated, our room was clean and spacious. The location is close to everything but on a quiet side street so there was no issue with street noise. If you get lucky, there is parking right in front of the hotel for loading or unloading luggage, but less expensive spots are not far away. The bathroom offers a full array of toiletries and the room has plenty of outlets, though we found it odd that it lacked USB ports.

The property was in a perfect, quaint location, walkable to everything in downtown Reykjavik. It was clean and our room was beautiful and unique. Breakfast was very good with a lot of selection. Staff was very friendly. We used a nearby garage to park. I would definitely stay here again
