My first time staying here. My Mom bragged about how nice her stay was, so I decided to give it a try for the holidays. Best service, to include free dinner and free drinks 3 per person from 5:30PM-7:30PM each night. The breakfast was awesome! Buffet style with real plates and silverware! Top notch service!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Drury Plaza Hotel over the holiday weekend, and I can't say enough great things about my experience! Despite being incredibly busy with holiday guests, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made all the difference in ensuring a smooth stay. The hotel itself is pristine – everything was sparkling clean, from the lobby to the guest rooms. Speaking of the rooms, they were spacious, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was, with plenty of thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, with a fantastic breakfast offering and a great evening reception that was perfect after a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel’s location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the local attractions. Overall, the Drury Plaza Hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for an exceptional stay with excellent service, comfort, and cleanliness!

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The manager, Carly, and her staff were kind and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. I travel to the Richmond area several times a year. The Drury Plaza is the only place I'll stay.
