The hotel itself look like a trap house. When I arrived the hallway itself smelt like wet dog or mold. The rm that was assigned to me, wasn't working. The lock on the door was dead. So the mgr had to come and open the door. After I tried to get in, she had to assist me again. I told her i needed another room. She gave me another rm, except it wasn't any towels, wash cloths, the floor wasn't swept, the microwave wasn't plugged in. It looked like nobody cleaned it. So i went and got towels, wash cloths, and cleaning products and cleaned up myself.
On Monday, we weren't bothered. Tues a different mgr came to the rm and said the music was too loud. Which it wasn't. My husband and i turned the music off. Yesterday, Wednesday, the mgr that lives on the premises came to the rm twice. The first time she said it was another noise complaint. Mind you, my husband and i were leaving everyday and coming back in the evenings. So on Wednesday the second time she came back she had the police with her saying that we needed to leave. We were out all day yesterday and when we got back in, i went straight to sleep, my husband was watching tv. The phone kept ringing during our whole stay. When we questioned why, she stated that it was another noise complaint. How do you get another noise complaint in less than 5 min? I will NEVER go back there. I want my money back at this point. I paid too much to have my stay to be chaos for no reason.
