Great place, Great view, excelent service

The hotel has a unique vibe, a mixture of old as the original buildings is around 118 years old, but modern as the rooms are modern and the restaurant is a pleasure to eat in. It is off the noisy Main Street and a short walk to the hot springs. Everything was in excellent condition and Paulo was super helpful in all areas. His English was great which helped us a lot.

I loved the property. The facilities (pool, spa, garden, restaurant, room) were outstanding. I will return with my family. Only minor comment: properly is not for people with limited mobility as it has multiple hills and steps to get to the room and pool. Thanks a lot for great service.

I have stayed at this charming place twice already while visiting Banos. It is a very charming place with much cultural art displayed. Their hospitality is amazing as well as their restaurant and breakfast that is included.

Great views. Amazing location & staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast included, can’t beat this value for money. I would recommend and return again.
