Not at the standard it once was before 2020. Very disappointed. Staff double-charged me for the stay (almost $1,600) and I had to spend Christmas morning talking to 3 people at the hotel to investigate the conspicuous charge. They never placed me in contact with the General Manager as I requested (even on 12-26-25). Poor leadership. Will stay elsewhere or head off to another Caribbean Island next trip.... there is no shortage of other better priced hotels and better islands.

Wonderful stay at Infinity Bay! World class rooms, beach, and pools. Beautiful, safe, and clean. Initially the room we received was a downgrade from what we reserved. But the staff - namely Dannery - had it fixed within 24 hours, and even upgraded us to an unimaginably beautiful view of the Caribbean. Problems happen, it’s the response that counts. When traveling to a new and unknown destination, it’s nice to know you’ll be taken care of. And don’t skip breakfast. Fantastic. Then snorkeling right off the beach on the reef. Then a drink at the swim up bar. We’ve had worse weeks….(not sure we’ve had better.)

We enjoyed our trip but definitely see room for improvement especially if trying to attract tourists away from other Caribbean and Mexican venues. The location is great, housekeeping daily was great, and breakfast was nice. But we travel as a big family or friend group and it just can’t compete with other resorts for the price. The bar drinks are too expensive- Miami prices for watery, not great island drinks- we would have bought a lot more drinks if you had 2 for 1 specials or in $9 range instead of $15- instead we walked down beach and got better deals and better drinks. You couldn’t drink the water so bottled weather and more access would be good- when we went to punta Cana this was included. Often the water at bar was empty and we had to pay for expensive bottles of water every night. That was disappointing. Pool is too cold - need heated or to put in some hot tubs. Coffee/tea at bar in morning would be great- I’d rather do that than the big buffet honestly. The website and signs at resort promised yoga every day but that wasn’t there and my big group was disappointed. Some activities would be good. Again- we went to the other resorts for their karaoke and happy hours. Speakers with music by the pool- it was too quiet- even just for some nice ambiance.

This is a nice hotel but this time it was not the vest experience my room had a weird smell the elevator dint work we had no hot water we had to keep calling in till maintenance came to fix it
