Relaxing room with ocean view
Loved it. Great location and atmosphere. A very relaxed location right on the water with a good breakfast and great sunsets. This is not a hotel on the beach with an infinity pool. It is a family run hotel with a great atmosphere and super clean. Everyone was professional and friendly. Our room had a balcony with an ocean view. The restaurant/bar/breakfast area was right on the water. Great sunsets happy hour. A 5 min walk to the beach and beach restaurants. 15 minutes to the best snorkelling.

Staff was amazing, restaurant and bar were awesome, and the dive folks were superb as well. Everyone friendly and knowledgeable. Had the best time, didn’t want to leave. If you want a low-key spot to hang and dive it’s the best option. Not that I care to check other options-this one was perfect.

In general, I felt the property was very well located, I liked the bungalow environment, and the people in general were exceptionally accommodating. I do intend on coming back with my wife in 2025 and staying at the same place.

Everything was perfect for our trip, we didn’t spend much time in the room because there was so much to do around. But the property is in the center of everything but it is quiet here. Not a lot of pesky vendors and the restaurant on property serves very good food. There is a water taxi station right on the beach so no need to travel by car anywhere. We would definitely stay at this property again .

Staff was friendly and kind. Price was perfect for what you get. Beds were stiff. AC was perfect! Grounds were clean. Neighboring peoperty was vacant, had trash, and made access to West Bay not as pretty. Exhaust from water taxis docking at Las Rocas while one was eating made breathing during a meal not so exquisite. Plus side was that dock at Las Rocas made getting a water taxi super easy.
